Important: Can only be used if the Mac OS X version of your NI instrument is already installed on your Mac OS X system.
This update fixes a problem with the latest version of the Audio Units Validator used in Logic 7. After the update the software will pass the Audio Units Validator without an error message and can be used in your Audio Units host.
This update contains *only* the Audio Units component. It is not necessary to install it if you are not using a Audio Units Host with the latest version of the Audio Units Validator such as Logic 7.
Download the AU VALIDATION HOTFIX HERE
STEP 1 - Download the DFH2 WINDOWS KOMPAKT software update V.1.0.8 HERE
STEP 2 - Download the PC DFD extension V1.2.9 HERE
STEP 3 - Run the DFH2 WINDOWS KOMPAKT software UPDATE V.1.0.8
STEP 4 - Run the DFD installer.
To optimize DFD (streaming from hard disk) performance select the "options" button next to the "DFD" indicator, select DFD, increase the "reserved voices" to 248 and "apply" (before you load any instruments).
STEP 5 - If you have not previously installed it, download the DFH2 LIBRARY UPDATE V3.0 below
STEP 1 - Download the DFH2 MAC OS X software update V.1.0.8HERE
STEP 2 - Download the new MAC OSX DFD extension HERE
STEP 3 - Run the OS-X software UPDATE V.1.0.8
STEP 4 - Run the DFD installer.
Open the Kompakt software for each module. To optimize DFD (streaming from hard disk) performance select the "options" button next to the "DFD" indicator, select DFD, increase the "reserved voices" to 248 and "apply" (before you load any instruments). If you have limited ram you may have to reduce "reserved voices".
STEP 5 - If you have not previously installed it, download the DFH2 LIBRARY UPDATE V3.0 below

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
After expanding the .zip file please follow these instructions -
Included in this update of DFH2 to version 3.0 are two folders named "instruments" and "multis"
STEP 1 - Locate the library folder for the "DFH2" module on your hard drive. It is in the "DFH2 folder", in the "EAST WEST folder", in your programs/applications folder.
STEP 2 - Inside, you will see two folders named "multis" and "instruments".
STEP 3 - You will find identically named "multis" and "instruments" folders in the "DFH2 Update" folder that you just downloaded.
STEP 4 - Drag the old "multis" and "instruments" folders into a backup folder that you have created somewhere on your drive, and label it DFH2 old backup. Copy the new V.2.0 instruments and multis folders into the library folder where the old ones were.
